When you open a PowerPoint document, the ribbon appears as a row of labels, or what we call tabs. PowerPoint 2016 for Mac commands and functions are organized on a ribbon, which is a series of menus or toolbars at the top of the program. If a subject line does not provide a good enough description for you to identify what the email is about quickly or the subject field is empty, edit the subject line and message text for emails you've received in Microsoft Outlook. In the Customize the Ribbon window under the Customize the Ribbon list, click the default tab where you want to add the custom group. However, you can make a custom group with the commands that you want to replace the default group. You can’t remove a command from a group built in to Microsoft Office.
